Sonoma Coast ride - Willow Creek Road open?

Last week a few of you provided some great info on Calistoga-area rides. I'm now looking at routes near Occidental, and wanted to find out if Willow Creek Road is open to bikes. From what I can tell, it was closed to cars several years ago. Wondering if that whole area is protected watershed now.

I have ridden on Bay Hill and Coleman Valley before, but am open to any other suggestions you can make.

It is open- rode it a couple weeks ago.
FYI- it is a dirt/gravel road (but very cool)

to ride from Occidental this weekend and do:

King's Ridge (with Fort Ross detour if feeling good), finishing with Coleman Valley back to Occidental.

Small world. I'll be there Saturday night, riding Sunday morning if the GF goes to Oasis. I was thinking about doing Davis, but not in this heat.
