3T Doric LTD compatibility issure with Tune Concorde

Have any of you tried the new 3T Doric LTD Seatpost with a Tune Concorde Saddle?

A friend of mine is having issues with the clamp on the Doric LTD being "to narrow" to accept the rails on the Concorde.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't but I've had my fill of German saddles and they've all fit nice, snug and comfy....Never know when riding an Italian post though.
