Hey,

For those of you in the Boston area, my MFA thesis show opens tomorrow April 15th and runs through the 24th. There's a reception on Thursday from 6-8pm (address follows).

I'm really fortunate to be showing with an amazing group of artists all of whom have slaved happily for 19 months to get to where they are. I really hope that people outside the Boston art scene will venture to the show and see what we have to offer...... Really, if you can appreciate a Vanilla, Serotta, Seven, IF, etc. you can appreciate art.

Dunno where you're located but you should come.

Once this show is done I can devote all my time to riding.... The perfect use of my degree.

Congrats dude. I'll probably see it not on opening night, as my damn in-laws are coming into town tomorrow night. I'm packing up art to ship right now... I hate shipping art...Gah!

I got a few PMs about selling my work.

Yes it's for sale and depending on size it can be extremely affordable.

Also, since I'm not represented by a gallery yet I have the luxury of trading work for things (bike parts, books, guitar stuff, work on my car, etc).

-----

Incidentally, why is it that fat men in SUVs find it necessary to tell me that I should be riding on the sidewalk? Seriously, 20-25mph ≠ sidewalk.

RISD guy here....I'd go anyway. ;)

Couldn't make the reception due to scheduling conflict, but I'll try to get up there to take a look.

Your fence series of Boston is fascinating and eloquent. . .wow.

BU girl here, wish I could be there!

Have a great time at your show.

the Pittsburgh Series of Images. It took me awhile to come around (take down my own fences. :p) on Boston myself when I lived up that way. :)

Good Luck with your show.

Went there for a couple of years (Illustration & Design) back in the mid 80's before I moved to Oregon.
