DT 240 hub bodies

If I have a wheel set with 240 hubs built for Shimano can I simply swap the hub bodies to convert it to Campy, vise versa, or does the wheel need to be redished?

i have a nos campag body from a 240s if needed atmo.

Thats what I thought. I am now totaly convinved these hubs rock, why would anyone use anything else. These make it too easy to make the leap or go both ways.

not quite ready for the body just getting some ducks in a row, Thanks though.
