Kind of the opposite of the Thomson in terms of bulk, but I've always liked the Salsa SUL stem. 120 mm at 90 degrees here:

00 degrees from what point of reference? ah there's the rub. 90 is 0, -17 is 0. 0 is 0. depends on the reference point. and the variations are within a few mm. of each other, so I don't really get the question. but it's late and I had ox tail stew for a late sunday dinner....
as the scientists love to say to get more funding: more research is necessary. and figure out what your eventual goal is before fixating on a static number that is measured differently by different folks. sorry for the cryptic answer; it responds to a cryptic question. you want more reach without raising the stem? buy the same brand

I found myself looking for a 0/90 degree stem this past fall. I ended up with a Thomson, but Profile Design also makes them in the Hammer and H20 models.

I believe Moots stems are 90 degree/0* rise.

If you like Thomson stems, ( I do ), you can use the X4 which comes in a zero degree rise.
