In my search for a new titanium bike, I have started to think about having Mike build me one. I have no experience with him previously and don't know of anyone who has had him build them a bike. Opinions?

Got a slightly compact Ti (4 degree slope, if I remember) road frame from him last summer. Asked for a tight ride and got it, corners and climbs better than my Klein.

He's a cool guy to deal with, I'm looking for an excuse to order a steel bike from him.

And you probably know he's been doing the Tig welding for Sacha White/Speedvagen . . .

All that said, would love a Serotta too!

The last thing I need is to have you ride away from me when my bike says "Strong" on the side of it.

I have 4 DeSalvo's and am in love with his work. He really gets it for me. Do a search and you can find my bikes. Mike is a hell of a great guy and is really fun to work with. I haven't bought a ti bike from him yet, but it's on the short list. I think he is highly regarded by those in the industry for his workmanship.

No ride report, as my frame has not arrived yet. But all those I spoke with were very complementary of Mike and his work.

That'll be the day. Humor me some more.
