Today's BSNYC has a fun item on Rock Racing

I don't think that R&R has long to live. I would guess that the company is headed very quickly and blindly to an intersection of a civil lawsuit where the plaintiff cares more about the principle than the FRNs, a line will be crossed where something criminal sticks, the IRS will look at the business expenses with some close scrutiny, economic conditions and the fickle world of fashion will conspire to make people not want $200 jeans and the unchecked spending on shameless self-promotion will outstrip the ability of the company to raise revenue.

Then again what do I know.

I guess Ball doesn't know the definition of the word "invitation" or the phrase by invitation only.

If you ain't invited you can't come. Simple and they can invite (or not) whoever they want.
