OT: Question for you computer Geeks

I have two computers - one XP and the Vista - both need me to enter a password to finish booting up. Is there a setting I can change to allow me to bypass the entering user name and password -- ????

For XP it's:

1. Click Start, click Run, and type control userpasswords2.

2. Clear the Users must enter a username and password to use this computer check box.

3. Click Apply.

4. Enter the user name and password you wish to automatically log on with, and then click OK.

5. Click OK again and you're all done.

Don't know too much about Vista... other than I doubt there's a way around it.

Tweakui has a tab that allows you to pre-enter credentials. Works for XP. Haven't tried it on Vista.
