From the marketing wizards:

First across the line in quality, performance and style, the Colorado Cyclist Kit jersey uses top-of-the-line Diavolo Carbon fabric to reduce static build up and increase moisture transfer from the body

Any of you having a problem with major static build up as you ride?
Am I just going too slow?
Does riding a carbon bike lessen this problem?
Does anyone read this copy before it goes online and go "Did you just actually write this?"

Inquiring minds want to know!

I get static from my riding buddies. Will this jersey help with that? :crap:

Not static electricty from friction.

"Anti-static" is like a new marketing term or something. Campagnolo Sportswear also uses it. When I am translating the product descriptions from Italian to English, I always ask, "Che significa lei da anti-statico? Lei è sicuro che questo è che lei significa? ". (More often this term is used with the Silver fabric---but every now and then I see it with the carbon resistex and such).

Funny thing is that at altitude (I live at about a mile high), there is that "static-feature". No moisture and high terrain. Colorado Cyclist might have similar issues and perhaps electrocuting yourself on the bike is a problem worth discussing. (tongue and cheek!)

It's funny.
