for this blatantly discriminatory and exclusive club. the silent majority of 52's and 53's, not to mention the too talls of the world on their freakish 59's and up, are openly being denied their civil rights. thanks goodness for free speech!
you guys need to work on the dudes with the 6-10 bike stables and get them to join!

People with smaller frames are losers; people with larger frames are ugly. :p

My 56 Look is a smidge too small. My 58 Serotta CIII is a smidge too big. 57 is just right!

Another shot of the 57L CSI. Getting a brake transplant very shortly. Gonna save a gram or two and make me feel better! :D

The problem is that I need another bike like I need a hole in the head. I will however accept you showing me around Raleigh when I start getting based there in June. Bringing a bike with me. I will be renting a room near one of the universities in Raleigh and hope to ride a lot.

My CSI was a 57. My two bikes are virtual 59's (57st and 57.5 st). Top tubes are 57(virtual). So I guess that I really don't belong in the 57 group. No problem. None of you are good enough to keep up with me anyway! :)

Oh crap, I was under such peer pressure to join this group...

I measured again.

It's 58.

I must resign.

But my fit work tells me 56.5 is good.

So I could ride a 57.

just sayin.

Although, it doesn't matter to me now. I used to be in y'alls stupid 57cm club, but I have settled in nicely with the 55-56 crowd. We are a way cooler bunch... mostly because we all can legitimately fit on Jack Brunk's sloppy seconds. (calling his pre-loved bikes sloppy seconds just doesn't seem right, does it?)

Here's the next 57 on the list. While agonising over today's bike selection I decided to get this one out. Technically it was sold as a 58, but that's C-T. C-C it's more or less 57, and the top tube's 57 too.

Pumped up the Veloflexes and away we went for 49 miles in and around Grand Rapids, MI.

BTW, that saddle will have to be replaced by one of my new Turbomatics in my stock. As well as the seatpost, as good as it is. Vanity, you know.....

OY! I'm on a 57! I'm in!

But wait, it's a Colnago 57! They measure things differently (c-t on seat tube).

Ahh... whatever. Most of you guys are cheating to be in the 57 club anyway. :D

I am handling the collection of the annual dues. Just paypal them to me and I will send you your custom made, re-badged, exclusive membership card, that is accepted at absolutely nowhere worldwide. Also I am serving as Chief of standards, so everyone please send me your 57 for review and certification. The lugged steal, uh, steel ones take longer to certify and you may not get them back for a year or two, but it will be worth it believe me....
