I hope you'll indulge a newbie question here. I've started to get into the nitty gritty of doing my own repair/tinkering, and I was wondering if I could draw on the knowledge of the forum for your favorite websites to use for purchasing misc. bicycle parts (e.g., replacement bolts, caps for Ultegra shifters, cable housing, etc.).

Ultimately, can you recommend a place that you can say 'they have almost anything you're looking for at a fair price and they're good to deal with'?

Many thanks!

seriously - there are lots of options out there. I think it depends on what you need. Lictons has lots to offer...so does Harris cyclery - as well as the already mentioned sites.

The following make up the cyclists version of Ralphs Pretty Good Grocery.
If they don't have it, you probably don't need it.

Check Bike Island (bikeisland.com) as they include shipping in their pricing.
