He's only 65. :rolleyes: I've got a riding buddy that will be 70 this year who still lifts and works as a personal trainer and teaches spin classes that looks younger than that guy. He suffers a little on the rides with the excess upper body mass and the fact that he taught an intense spin class the night before but I doubt that at 54 I could do what he is doing. :beer:
