the guy who runs the server where my email goes recently turned on SPF. although i haven’t been offered a free f%&K buddy or male enhancement since, i notice the spam bucket i can usually parse for real mail has gone from over 5k a week to only 1 or 2 messages. and… apparently some new inquiry emails are not making through.
my quersion is… can SPF be trusted? doesn’t it relay on domain owners to be compliant? in which case maybe some legit folks just aren’t up to it?
