Tour of Georgia - Field size

I've got to wonder, why do they have a rider limit of 120???
Seems pretty small. Limited to 15 teams of 8.
I'm bummed that one of our local guys on Colavita obviously won't be going.
I suspect BiG Daddy is going to be none too pleased!!!

150 riders is not that many. 3 more teams could have been added.
Does anybody know of a reason for this size?
