Assuming this is related to the Fed, Bear Sterns and interest rate cuts, I can't agree. All they have done is devalue our currency further in order to prop up the market. I am not arguing for the gold standard here, even the Swiss have seen the light there, but a more prudent policy is required to stave off inflation. I hold all cash deposits in Swiss francs and I sleep very well at night (This "investment" alone has returned > 30%). I also have large investments in U.S companies and guess what, I don't mind if the market tanks. Sometimes that happens, use it to your advantage.
