He has lots of neat stuff and lots of sales, but the number of negatives have kept me from buying from him. Anyone here have first-hand experience?

I'd beware of this guy. He's the same seller who was trying to pass an old Gitane off as a Colnago awhile back. A seller, especially one overseas, with that many negatives on his record should be avoided.

You're absolutely right, guys. I kept looking at the bike, wishing it were a 59, and never bothered to check out the seller (which I hope I would have done had it been the right size :) ). Makes me feel better that it wasn't the right size: thanks!
