To those of you who inquired about the bars on the Effin Cross Bike:

They are old school Cinelli Top Ergo 66 deep drop bars which are no longer made. After doing a little checking around, I found there is apparently a new version of them out there....and in 46 C2C no less.

Have at em folks.

Top Ergo 26.4 ~
This is a newer, improved version of the Classic, yet it still fit the traditional 26.4 stems. The Top Ergo is fully extruded so it's lighter and stronger than the Classics. The Top Ergo maintains the same classic round hand shape. Despite the "Ergo" name, there is no anatomic fit here! Includes twin recesses for cabling, front and rear. 64 = shallow drop. 66 = deep drop. 40, 42 and 46= width of bar, center to center in centimeters.

They should make it in also in the more modern OS clamp size IMHO. Still, great news. I love my 66s.

Why they ever went away in the first place I'll never know. Second best bars ever, after the 65s.

The really need to come out with modern versions of these bars made of modern aluminum alloys and construction techniques and modern clamp sizes (in addition to classic clamp sizes).

I have a pair or two of NOS cinelli 66s in 44 that I would be willing to part with

26.4 clamp size with grooves

They're just right. Why would anyone want something else? Just sayin'...

I agree with Saab on both counts.

Newer version with modern materials would be great.

I love em. Who needs anything else.

the top 64s and 66s were available in a 26.0 clamp. I got the 64s from the guys at Ital-Tecno last year, and they had some 66s as well, not sure of widths, but they had a 66-40 for sure. they usually list them on ebay, but you can prolly call them directly; their site is ital-tecno with the hyphen. the top ergos aren't listed on their site, but you could check flea bay or give them a call; I had a good experience with them
