If I baked you a cake it would be a chocolate layer cake soaked in Kahlua. Some layers would be slathered with fresh vanilla pastry cream alternating with dark chocolate ganache. I would garnish the gateau with fresh sliced strawberries and a pretty young Swedish girl.
