Anyone have any problems with their RXS Carbon pedals? I have a pair that has worked well, so I bought another set from the same source (many months later). It seems the adjusting barrel on the bottom of the pedal that adjusts the float tension is now plastic and simply strips out when you try and adjust it with the recommended 2.5mm allen wrench. On my first set this part was metal.

I sent the first pair back to the source having stripped out the right pedal, now the replacements both stripped out without hardly any effort and without achieving the needed adjustment. :crap: :crap: :crap:

Anyone with similar problems? The seller was good about sending me the second pair, but if this is how they are built now, I don't see how I will ever be able to adjust them.

Maybe I should contact Time directly? Any thoughts
thanks,
ted.

The guy who sells them sells both on EBay and has a separate online store. He was great to work with and is where I bought the first pair that does indeed have a metal piece there. Maybe not a legit seller though. Perhaps counterfeit stuff?
This may be an expensive lesson.
Stevep - maybe I'll pick up a pair from you if I can return this set.
