This is what three years of cross did to my centaur levers. What will it do to carbon levers?

Thanks,

Shino

It will give them patina.

PS: 9 speed pulleys for a mug.

I'll send you a small box of stale jelly beans for those useless relics.

It's a race; bike parts are a consummable. Race what you can afford to consume.

If you expect it to remain pretty, hang out over at Classic Rendezvous.com or something...

think of them like your old broken in baseball glove or Brooks saddle.

Well Loved is fine. Replace G springs when they get worn. Love some more. Rinse & Repeat every 10000 miles.

do you mean "make the leap" or has FSA got their bits available ahead of schedule and pirating SRAM's slogan?

I'll out myself. I have a Kirk kross rig coming. I can't stand the thought of putting used parts on it. I'll probably use centaur.

that is an understandable dilemma. I agree you got to put mint parts are a new frame, especially a Kirk.

You could put used centaur on it. Check the classifieds!

I'm wondering if the clear coat will wear off leaving carbon slivers which will invade my digits.

A good polish does wonders, but needs upkeep.

Your more likely to break them first.

Get them anodized like the kane bike posted up here the other day. That would be bad___. Then switch them out for the carbon levers on the new centaur ergo levers.
