Not quite Ritchey, not quite FSA, or TA or Sugino. I bought this from a shop in England. It is a rebadged Sugino xd/2 that is manufactured as a compact double and not a modified Sugino as done by yellow jersey. It also comes with what appear to be rings made by Stronglight. Quite nice quality, rings not as pretty as TA, but fine for my aesthetics.
