I was wanting to change to sealed bearing jockey pulleys on my bikes. I was wondering if these are noisy or worse shifting since they are rigid compared to the stock Campy (with the bushing/bronze insert) that have a bit of play. I assume the play is useful when you're more cross chained.

Anyone have recent experience on 10 speed with these?

Last summer I decided to try sealed jockey pulleys and opted for ceramic speed vs FSA. Can't say I noticed a significant difference but it is indeed very quiet.

Of all the ceramic bearing replacements, word on the street is that the only really significant, noticeable upgrade is BB bearings. Food for thought.
