ADA:

My bp is 95/58 with a resting heart rate in the mid 50's. My only problem is getting light headed when I stand up too quickly. My doctor said to put a lot of salt on my food.

Right, but ZNFNDL may man your friends think it a bit weird you carrying that sterling silver salt vault around your neck and FLOURISHING it when we have lunch. People are talking.

resting heart rate 100 bpm? I would go directly to a cardiologist, in all seriousness.

The silver also wards off vampires. When people suck my wheel for too long, I throw salt over my shoulder.

I have hyperthyroidism and a high resting heart rate is one symptom. My resting HR was 80 and that was too high.... 100 is WAY too high to be normal.

Those numbers, especially the HR, don't look good to me. If you're not on meds then you need to see a doctor. Heck, regardless you need to see a doctor.

ADA, have someone take you to hospital now! Those numbers, especially your diastolic, is dangerous. Your heart is not pumping efficiently, so your brain compensates by increasing HR to keep systemic blood volume normal!!

Some issues are ischemia (brain), heart failure, cardiogenic shock, etc! Sorry if some think I'm being overly dramatic, but from the minimal info you've given us, I'd rather be safe than sorry!

Symptoms...
Shortness of breath?
dizziness?
tingling/numbness in extremeties?
runny nose?

Any recent infections.....cold, flu, strep throat, etc?

1st--get the BP rechecked manually--in case that is some grocery store automatic machine measure
unless you have been like that for 30 years, and you are just way on the tail of the bell curve . otherwise, aerobic exercise can make BP low (but yours is so low i wonder how you can have optimal mental function), and your HR is too high for someone with good cardivascular conditioning.

Well for all of course ADA is in control with doctors ,she has a very rare kidney problem that cuase that she cannot hold any potasium (she takes 8000 mg daily),but we are worried about the low blood presssure in time what kind of other problems that can cause.

Any taken any salt or those kinds of things does not help keeping blood pressure up.
Strange enough her hart function is very good doctors say that ,only if you see the EEG it has strange curve

Symptoms...
Shortness of breath? yes
dizziness?yes
tingling/numbness in extremeties? yes and lots of cramps

still no idea or low blood pressure can cause any other damage!?

Trying to solicit opinions here must mean that things are not going well with your (she... ?) current medical care. Those numbers are consistent with big-time volume depletion, perhaps a salt-losing kidney disorder, among other possibilities.

Seeing a nephrologist (kidney specialist)? Ask your regular doc about being referred to one.

because you need advice from a nephrologist, not a cyclist. Low BP is only bad if your body is not properly increasing your BP in response to demands of exercise/exertion. Your resting BP is low, but you are getting by at rest, once you move or do something, what happens--you note you are dizzy, have cramps, are short of breath. the cramps may be in part your electrolytes and potassium/calcium? wasting, but the rest could be your inadequate BP.

you need to see your doctor (or a new doctor)

good luck
