Yeah, but it's raining. I hate rain or the aftermath in wet roads. I'll take the cold over this cloudiness...

Time for a natural dose of vitamin D as it's 51 degrees and sunny in Seattle. Go figure.

I rode one for you Tom, 35 on the fixed. It was like stealing time, no gloves and oh so comfortable in upstate NY in February.

Sh*t. Rain yesterday on top of 18 inches of snow, much colder and breezy today with ice everywhere and... tonight... wind chills to -20.

Rode rollers in my garage again today. But when I opened the garage door the snow started to drift in...

Worst winter I've seen in 20 years. :crap:

It was sweet to be on the bicycle today. Roads were still a little wet yet the thermometer was well into the mid-60's all day. Pedaled fifty miles.

across the dead end street of my own choosing...

Alright, got in my February ride yesterday - remember, this is Vermont. Off for the holiday. Around noon, the sun starting breaking out and the temp climbed into the mid-40's. Roads were soaking wet, so I rode my Jamis Aurora with fenders - perfect. 36 miles out and back, with a coffee at mid-ride. Of course, the weather changed totally on the way back - grey, drizzle, and FOG, thick as white bean soup. Glad I had a day-glo vest on. Temp dropped into the 30's, but was tolerable in short fingered gloves.

Ahh, that felt good. I'm tired today ;-)
