Can campy brake calipers (centaur) be used with shimano brifters (9 speed 105) , or is there an issue with the amount of cable pull ???
Thanks

I don't know about the pull, but what about the lack of a quick release? Campy in the levers, Shimano in the brakes? I'm thinking about this too.

I buddy of mine has just such a set up-Shimano STI and Campy calipers. He bought a Merlin at a Velo Swap and the price was so attractive; you couldn't buy the frame alone for what he paid for an entire bike.
Anyway, his workaround for this mismatch to to run the brakes with the pads just a tad wider than usual for him. With 23mm tires, it's not an issue. To give you another example, I run my Shimano brake pads so loose that I don't need to operate the quick release to remove the wheel.
So if you want to wear the Shimano/Campy mix yes; you can do that. Just be aware of the tire limitations.
