Two of my favorites: I thought the CF fenders were trick and beautiful at the same time. Not sure how functional though. The Vanilla speaks for itself.

Are those custom carbon fenders or are they an item that is readily available? Am sure that plastic fenders at 1/10 the price would work as well. But they definitely have the 'cool' factor.

Berthoud Brevet carbon fenders? They're actually incredibly sturdy -- more so than plastic -- and besides being light they can fit into extremely tight frame clearances.
