Phil Wood: standard ti vs magnium ti?

what is the difference between Phil's standard ti BB and their magnium ti BB? the latter will make my wallet a lot lighter, but will I also climb 20% faster?

I recently had a Mag-Ti rebuilt, and it came back with the silver shell of the standard Ti, not the yellow/gray of the Mag. Naturally I contacted Phil...

The actual tech who did the work replied, stating that he had to replace the shell because of my requested spindle length increase and they didn't have any Mag shells of an appropriate size at the time. Anyway...

He assured me that the heat-treated spindle and the higher-grade bearings of the Mag-Ti were definitely in place, which tells me that these are the differences (in addition to the Mag shell) between the two.
