Smiley, I took your advice and pushed back my Brooks 17 saddle on my new Concours and it worked perfectly. I just returned from a 15 mile ride and I had no discomfort.
If you are ever in the Performance store on Muddy Branch Rd, ask for the Salesman with the Serotta so I can thank you personally.

As I have said b4, Smiley is the man when it comes to fitting.
p.s. Smiley, I need you some upcoming weekend to help me adjust my cleats :)

Curious - how far did you push it back?

In my case, the offset between a stock Thompson post and a setback
Thompson was sufficient.

Smiley--I work with Jim and helped me as a customer and then helped his wife when she was looking for a bike. Many other of my customers always speak highly of you; I think you're a legend.
I pushed my Brooks about 3/4 of the way back.
Take Care.
