So has anyone noticed a difference in the feel of the DA crankset (10 speed) compared to others? I have been trying to convince this dude I know to throw one onto is 9 speed setup, mainly due to looks.
Roy, what are your thoughts on this? Would it provide increased acceleration while racing for the maple dip donut rack??

the jerk can think of no bicycle in existence whereby the crank and/or bb assembly would flex before the frame did. this silly talk about crank arm and bb stiffness is as asenine now as it was when octalink first appeared. petacchi has no problem sprinting on his square tapered aluminum cranks and neither will you. the advantage to the new dura-ace crank is in it's large out board bearings which are more efficient than the small little ones you had to use with octalink.....increased drivetrain efficiency, not crank arm stifness is the reason for all these new fangled designs.

Hey Jerk, how do the europros stop Look cleats from squeaking??? Or is it just a problem in the US with amature riders?
