I read somewhere that WCSN streams it live to the entire world -- except for North America, who gets it on tape delay. What's the dealio???? Is this related to NAFTA?

edit: Sorry, I was thinking of CyclingTV as the sender showing it live except for North America. And as a former subscriber of CyclingTV, I will not send them another peso until they clean up their insane interface.
