Trying to find parts dealer

Once upon a time(before my OS crashed and I had to reformat my drive which lost all my emails.....) someone here recommended a gentleman that sold only through email. He would ship stuff to your house BEFORE payment. That transaction went so well I would like to order more but I don't know who he is. Any help would be appreciated.
