I have three weeks left on the trainer while my ribs and collar bone finish healing.
I've been huffin away twice a day on the stupid thing (which I actually regard as a pleasure, even more so since the laundry room light went out, so I just light a couple of candles...).
It started making noises like a freight train going over tracks -- ka-chunk-ka-chunk-ka-chunk, etc,.. there is some slippage now between the flywheel and the axle.
am I right to assume I just need to take a 1/2 inch wrench and tighten the nut on the outside edge of the flywheel????
