I dont have a narrow nor a wide foot. Any reccomendations on which to go with? There are no local shops to try on. I am a 14 and hear sidi run a bit smaller. Should I go up to a 50?

Cheers and I am hoping I am not clogging the forum up.

If you have a normal width foot you don't need the mega.
I find Sidi to be very true to the size chart. I wear a 9 1/2 chart says
43.5. Fits perfect. Also I'm on the border of a C to D width. Now if you're E to EE you might consider mega.
Hope it helps.

Is this a trick question? Why not go with the normal width?

Sidi's do not run small. A 49 is a true US 14 and if you have a normal wide foot, do not go with Mega.

I wear a size 48 in all road shoes, Sidi, Specialized, Shimano, and Time.
I have a long narrow, low-instep, foot and find the the 48 works the best, in Sidi's. I've tried the 49 and there was just too much extra material, and I couldn't get the shoe tight enough.

As a side note I wear a sixe 13 in most dress shoes, and a 14 in running shoes.

- I've got a high arch and the std sidi worked however I was at the outer notches of the ratchet. The mega gives me more adjustments with the straps.

Find a shop that stocks them and try both on.

Don't skimp on the the shoes.
