You think that mirror is to watch traffic behind you. Nah. It's to help you inspect while you pick your nose. Does that make you feel better?

and.. i'm thinking....if you wear the helmet mirror with the glove mirror at the same time.. you can angle both mirrors to face each other and see both forward and back at the same time and still not see where you're going.

maybe its the fabled brunk mirror (i love you jack) .. you angle the mirror to face the bike so you can see the logo whilst riding so you don't get confused about which one you're on.
having a bike fugue state makes me feel vulnerable.

what's the frequency, kenneth?

you know... i just worked it out... the point of all this is to know exactly where you were and how hard you were pushing and what slope the climb was when the big gulp got thrown at you from the pick-up truck. that way you can work out the velocity of the slushy based on the spatter patterns and id the perp and you can begin to plan the 6 year stalk and murder thing that you like to do! :)

Whatever.

In Cheese country you can go bareheaded if you want. No need for 8 mirrors 'cuz you won't even see a car for a couple hours.

BB Dave rides a Co-Motion?

stevep

swoops existential moment..
while riding across the mojave desert with 1 small bottle... swoop becomes very thirsty...very, very thirsty... with 60 miles to go and out of water for an hour swoop is in trouble...he becomes even more delirious that usual...he's alone and he keeps yelling.." pull through you shiite..."

this tourist comes cruising up on him he is so shelled... the guy has 3 full extra large bottles on his frame and a 1/2 gallon on his trunk rack, he has 2 mirrors on his handlebars and 2 mirrors on his helmet to make sure...
he offers swoop water.

Swoop is delirious. He refuses the water but begs for one of the mirrors.

One mirror is the correct number. There was a guy in a club I used to ride with who had a jury rigged version of the mirror in the OP. He taped some sort of convex spot mirror onto his left glove and you'd see him holding his left hand up at odd angles all the time. Took a while to get used to and realize he was just having a look behind him - thought it was some sort of hand signal for the longest time.

Mirrors rock. That one doesn't though.

Starts singing "Tiny Bubbles", fakes a siezure than when no one is looking refills his small bottle...reconstituted than leaves the scene before anyone can get his name. F.Y.I. that's not a bells palsy...the drooling and sheite...try not to stare ;)

That little mounting slot and threaded stand makes me think you could put a whole bunch of other appliances on there with the mirror. A bell would be a good start. Maybe a straw holder for each of the bomber bottles. A whistle, too? The possibilities are only limited by the width of your hands.
