Which weather would you rather have? Let's say:

Sunny and 40*F
Overcast and 50*F

I'll take clear skies over higher temps, improves my mood even if it takes longer to warm up.

Problem is that many clear days are also windy... Usually overcast days are not.

I rather take a day with clouds AND no wind, than a sunny, windy day.

I'll take sun and 40*. I'd prefer 85* and sunny. :)

Anything above freezing unless it's been really dry.

Much more enthusiasm when the sun is shining.

You wear dark fabric in the warm sun and easily make up for the ten degree temp difference.

I'd take overcast and 50ºF.
Then again I'd take overcast and 60ºF to sunny, HUMID and 75ºF.
The summer humidity in MD sucks!

If it's windy, I'm going to the trail.

Overcast probably helps motorists see a cyclist via lack of glare. And I'll take the warmer temps, clothing guesses are minimized.

Mood? I'm always happy on the bike-nevermind the sounds and expressions of agony--that's just for show.

Either one is good, if it's not here.

I prefer overcast days to sunny days - leave the sunglasses home and no squinting, and 40 degrees to 50 degrees. both are good temps for me personally.

Just came in from 42 degrees, broken clouds, and a NW 15 mph wind should be 34 during tomorrow's ride. Its all good.
