Hey, could you call my brother once in a while too? it would make you a better person, and take one more thing off my list.

No real estate transactions (2 in '07 - damn near gave me ulcers)
No saddle sores (one location, recurring twice in '07, probably related to said real estate transactions)

Ride more (no saddle sores or real estate stress should help with this)

Does this include not cursing at me whenever I blow past you on the WO&D trail in the mornings while cycling to work on my Moots?

Ta paraphrase James McMurtry, I probably oughta quit my drinkin, and I do believe I will. It's been almost 30 years since I was clean and sober. I drink less than some and more than others. One of the special ladies in my life asked me to quit. I grew up in the presence of alcoholics, my daughters deserve better. Wish me luck. I may even go to a meeting or two. Enjoy the Day. Frank

Frank, I urge you to commit to this idea if it is making your life unmanageable. I have been in recovery since November 13, 1986 and it is without a doubt the most important decision I made in my life. I met my wife there, quit smoking, started eating healthy, made life long true friends, got some tattos (sorry, left over from another thread), rediscovered the joy of my bikes and found out that I am not the highest power in all the land. If you have done it before you know it works.....don't give up. I admit I am envious of all the guys here on the forum trying different beers and talkin about all the red (which I dearly loved) but I just never knew how to say _enough_. I figure I have already had my lifetime fill of drugs and alchohol so now I have healthier (well, my wife may not agree) addictions such as my bike. Good luck man. Shout if I can help in any way.

Eric
