Welcome to the racing community! A couple of thoughts:

1) Get out of Cat 5 as quickly as possible
2) Always watch for the sketchy guy who cannot ride his bike in a straight line (if you are "that guy", that is another thread)
3) Learn & observe everything at races
4) Have fun & do not let a crash (or multiple) deter you from the beauty of competition

I have rode in many large bike rides a learned quickly what and who to stay away from.Being a ex runner/bi alth. due to injury, I need to start racing miss the competion.Anyone with any upcoming events let me know (live in eastern Pa)
