I'm not sure that there are great prices here, but they are liquidating some interesting items.

. . . if the paint jobs weren't so frickin' UGLY. It hurts me to look at them. Oh, well, maybe go ahead and pick one up with a couple of cans of Krylon from Home Depot--in yellow, of course . . .

For bikes that have been used under PRO watts and travelled in PRO fashion they aren't that cheap.

After spending a few years racing as an amateur and seeing the force that goes through the bike week after week I swore I would never buy a race bike.

Even though my bikes looked great as I took care of them during transport and rarely crashed them I just cringe to think of the energy that was pounded into those bikes.

If people have any sense Kodak will have trouble selling those bikes at half of what they're asking. Well, maybe at half I would take the risk, but not for more than that.

yeah, but if they're not beat up they would be ok..

remember most of these kids look like spinelli...
like they havent had a meal in 5 years... 145 pounds...and these guys a lot of time have 2-3 bikes they may ride and they usually only keep them a season as A bikes.

5 years under a 200 pounder is a lot rougher life for a bike...i thk.

i dont know what they want for 'em but my team bikes are all still in very useable shape after a season.

So do you monitor how many miles they ride in the rain pooch? "Hey! get out of the rain moron, you're killing my retirement fund."

I was generalizing a little bit. Of course there extra bikes, back up bikes and late season replacements but some are just plan thrashed so before buying I would want to find out that bike's history and still get a good deal.

If anybody is smart, they'll sit back and wait for this stuff to land on e-Bay.

Otherwise, it's all way overpriced.
