LaTasha Jenkins, former Ball State sprinter and Olympic hopeful, has won her appeal of a doping charge brought by US Anti-Doping Agency.
The arbitration panel ruled results of Jenkins' 2006 tests were compromised because labs in Ghent & Cologne violated international standards.
Her lawyer said "The panel said the test results were inherently unreliable..."
