Is it possible to simply take a threadless Ritchey Logic headset, install it on a frame with a threaded fork, find a lockring, and thread it on? Too easy, right?
I have a surplus 1" threadless HS and need a threaded 1" HS for a cheap project. Safety and performance come before being cheap, but if it would work well, why not?
