Brake Lever w/Quick Release for Fixie

Does anyone know of a pursuit style (or reverse) brake lever which can be used on a bullhorn or Urban Pursuit bar with a quick release button? I'd like to use Campy Centaur brakes with Soma's Urban Pursuit bars but need a quick release to fit larger tires. The Cane Creek and Soma don't appear to have this quick release feature.

I went with a Dura Ace caliper for this reason, well and that I had it lying around. Perhaps not helpful.
