When you're starting to feel sick -- say, with a cold -- at what point do you not ride or otherwise exert yourself? Or exercise in cold/inclement weather? I don't mean the feel-so-bad-you-can't-move kind of flu, but more like the onset of a cold that might just go away before it gets worse.

I do whatever I feel up to doing. Exercise won't make you more sick....

If it's above the neck, I exercise. Below the neck, I take it easy.

But will riding outside in the cold and/or wet aggravate the body when it's trying to fight something off? Maybe a dumb question.
