I recently had the pivot axle on a Look Keo break with only 500 miles on the pedal. Some members of this Forum gave me a contact at Look. I e-mailed the gentleman and within 1 hour received an apology for the problem and a request for my phone number. After responding (about 5 minutes later) I received a call from Look giving me a RMA# and the address to ship my broken pedal to.
I was not asked to provide any proof of purchase or warranty information.
A box arrived in the mail today - the sent me a new in the box set of pedals and cleats as a replacement.
I haven't replaced anything under warrenty for many years so such great after the sale service has really impressed me.
I have experienced the excellent after the sale service that Serotta provides - it's nice to know that there are others out there living up to the same standard.
Many thanks to Chas at Look and to those on the Forum who steered me in the right direction. :D
