I should just email Serotta but I hate to bug them with a trivial question such as this:

Just received my badge for the bike (crash program). Is it necessary to affix it to the frame to get service? I would think Serotta has the serial # of the bike in the computer system. I would rather not stick it on the frame if I dont need to.

You can do whatever you want with the badge... we keep all of your information on file. Just don't lose track of your number.
