Renting a bike in Montreal?

I'll be in Montreal next weekend, and would love to rent a decent bike for a few days. Any recommendations for shops in the city that could accomodate me (and I speak very little French!)

Check out Rossi Bike in Lachine. They rent bikes sometimes and are on the Lachine canel. If you want to get some km's in and want it flat this is the palce to go. if you want to climb ride the mountain. that is where the hold the womens World Cup every year and on asummer's evening it is loaded with riders riding to the top.
