Like 10,000 miles and a runner's physique ago. Actually, a runner's physique that was consistently 10 pounds heavier than today.

What changes in the bike fit as the weight distribution and cycling technique changes?

flexibility will be the major improvement. 10 lbs. counts for nothing really as that resides mostly on the saddle and pedals. So arguably you'll be able to reach out and down a bit further, but don't go crazy cuz the end-of-season and beginning-of-season realities of conditioning basically thwart any modifications. dbrk and others will suggest that this is the perfect reason for quill stems, the built-in flexibility barameter. :D
