That wheel has had some serious dings. But nothing that can't be fixed. Loosen up a few spokes. A block of wood and a rubber mallet and it'll round right out. Especially if it's a tubular because then you'll have no problem getting the tire bead to seat.

I'm reminded of a BC cartoon years of ago where BC in the design of his wheel he went from a square to a trianglular one so that there would be one less bump per revolution. :D
