I have some friends and family in NYC that I've been wanting to visit for some time. What can I do cycling related while I'm there? rides, races, etc?

The ride to Nyack (from the GWB) on 9W is a standard. Cyclists tend to congregate in 'downtown' Nyack at the Runcible Spoon.
