miche aircomps and conti gp 4000S

So, really basic question- do I want 700 x 18/20 or 700 x 22/23 inner tubes?

I'm just getting back onto clinchers, and I don't even remember what the size of the inner tube should be (!!!!). I have GP 4000S tires to be mated with Neutron Ultras (this alone is a real PITA- super tight).

700X23 tubes will be better in a 700X23 tire.
