Pretty funny but seriously the guy was in his own room on his own time so what exactly is the offence? Put it to you this way I've heard of much weirder then that.

What angers me is that the story includes a photo of another, innocent bike. The casual reader will get the impression that it is pictured bike that was involved in the incident.

The sick part of the story is the color picture of the defenseless victim accompanied the text, as seen below. The evildoers at the newspaper essentially guaranteed this bike can't go anyplace without people passing comment or making judgements.
